This delicious fig jam is one of La Trinquelinette's classics. Deep brown-violet in color, it boasts the pure taste of ripe figs, with delicious pieces of fruit that melt softly and sweetly on the tongue.
In addition, there are the characteristic fine grains that give the jam its special texture.
It is made from ripe figs cooked in small quantities in a traditional copper kettle and tastes delicious on bread and rolls for breakfast or with yogurt, quark and other sweet dishes.
