A new creation by Maison Telme from Provence with earthy and nutty notes.
Haute-Provence offers ideal conditions for pumpkins and their related species. The butternut used in this recipe is also grown just 15 minutes from Solange Nervi's kitchen studio.
So it can be processed fresh from the field and brings all its sun-kissed flavors to this deliciously juicy terrine. The roasted hazelnuts add their own full and warm flavors and provide a slightly crunchy texture. A shot of port rounds off the pleasure.
Enjoy the terrine with a lamb's lettuce or simply on its own on toasted or fresh country bread, with good friends and a glass of wine ... bon appétit!

- Of course without preservatives, flavor enhancers, curing salt and colorings.
- Once opened keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
