This finely pureed fish soup is considered the best in Brittany and tastes incredibly aromatic and authentic! It is concentrated and must be diluted before eating.

The soup is 100% natural and free from artificial additives, containing 40% fish (pureed) and real saffron, tomato paste, vegetables, spices and garlic.

Preparation: Empty the contents of the can into a saucepan, fill a quarter of the can with mineral water, add this mixture, and heat gently. The fish soup is especially delicious if you add a sprig of rosemary while heating, stir in the rouille sauce, and serve it with croutons and grated cheese.
The soup is also excellent as a base for sauces or casseroles.
