A very soft, fruity and round mirabelle plum brandy from Burgundy with a slightly bitter note on the finish.
Mirabelle plum is a very sweet little plum, mostly yellow with small red dots.
The strict selection of the mirabelle plums used for this brandy, which come mainly from Lorraine, allows Maison Briottet to produce a fruit brandy of exceptional quality.
It is best enjoyed as a digestif (ice cold like vodka) at the end of a meal or used in the kitchen to deglaze duck breasts.
