Briottet's Eau de vie de Framboise 45% is made exclusively from wild raspberries, which have a more intense and delicate taste.
After sitting on the mash for a while, the raspberries are then distilled in the traditional way.
This fruit brandy made from wild raspberries retains a very racy character and a fine, velvety palate from its origins.
To be enjoyed well chilled at the end of the meal. Briottet Framboise also goes well with many desserts such as a Galette des Rois or even a Black Forest cake.
