The wine presented is a remarkable representative of the Berthier brothers' skills and has a naturally low alcohol content of only 8.5%.
It is made 100% from the Grolleau gris grape variety, which grows on a terroir of slate and mica schist.
The winemaking process is carefully thought out to bring out the best in the aromas of the grape.
After a quick cold pressing, fermentation takes place at very low temperatures. Regular micro-oxidation is applied to concentrate and enrich the aromatic potential. After fermentation, the wine is immediately racked and stored under further micro-oxidation.
The taste profile is intensely fruity with an impressive range of aromas. Notes of juicy white fruits, citrus fruits, pineapple, peach and tropical fruits combine harmoniously and are complemented by subtle spicy notes. Despite the low alcohol content, the wine is very balanced on the palate.
Due to its freshness and fruitiness, this wine is ideal as a versatile accompaniment to food. But it can also be enjoyed wonderfully on its own, for example on a beautiful day on the terrace with friends.
The winemakers recommend discovering and tasting this wine with passion and enjoyment. Its unusual combination of intense flavor and low alcohol content makes it a unique experience.
