Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is currently only available in Germany, Austria and Denmark.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries to Germany via UPS, DHL and Hermes
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
- Goods value up to €80.00 = €9.95
- We offer free shipping on orders over €80.00 (after all discounts) .
Shipping of heavy orders
For orders with a total weight exceeding 10 kg, we reserve the right to ship exclusively via UPS. This measure ensures a reliable and efficient shipping process for heavier shipments.
We ask for your understanding regarding this policy, which allows us to guarantee smooth shipping even for larger order quantities.
Deliveries to Austria and Denmark
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
- Goods value up to €199.99 = €15.00 (UPS)
- We offer free shipping on orders over €200.00 (after all discounts) .
Delivery times
Shipping takes place within three to five working days ; the delivery time depends on the shipping provider.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
