This traditional recipe is easy to spread on toast for gourmet aperitifs.
The mackerel are first cooked whole in a “court-bouillon” and then processed by hand to remove the skin and bones.
The meat is then cooked with onions, tomatoes, white wine and spices, not to mention lime to give it a fresh touch!
