Nogent 3 étoiles is a long-established French company, founded in 1923 by Louis André, recipient of the prestigious title "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" (Best Craftsman of France). The production facility he established in Biesles, in the Haute-Marne region, remains the heart of the company to this day. In January 2025, a new chapter began for Nogent 3 étoiles when Aymeric Géant took over the company from the Sirvin family, who had run it for approximately 40 years. Géant, a seasoned industry expert with ten years of experience as a director at Peugeot Saveurs, plans a careful modernization and expansion. He aims to increase exports, broaden the product range, and position the brand in the higher price segment, while preserving the company's DNA – 100% French manufacturing, renowned expertise, and a lifetime guarantee.
