We cordially invite you to a special culinary experience! Caroline von Collverd, our esteemed partner and specialist in Catalan delicacies, is visiting us in Berlin and bringing along the "Best of Collverd" – an exquisite selection of the finest products from her partner producers.
Louis Lefebvre and Béatrice d'Anselme, Rhône winegrowers, are coming to visit and will pour a selection of their wines. Their son Marin, an aspiring winemaker himself and currently part of Maître Philippe & Filles, is actively helping out. In addition to the "Carpe Diem" and "Trilogie" red wines, which are already part of our range, various white and rosé wines will also be available for tasting. A tasting dedicated to wine and family traditions – it simply has to be good!
Cassoulet is a type of stew from southern France, traditionally made with white beans, bacon, salt-cured meat, and sausages. Cassoulet takes its name from the “cassole,” a stoneware or earthenware pot in which it is prepared. If you haven’t yet ventured into this hearty dish, now is the chance to finally discover this rich delicacy.
As is well known, cheese in itself has the ability to catapult us into higher spheres … but when it is also melted, we melt away too. That is why we are serving you raclette in November, the rustic dish made of melted Alpine cheese, which warms body and soul on a cold autumn day. We really want to know: after celebrating the pink garlic from Lautrec the week before last, this week is all about the pink onions from Roscoff. We're baking a large pissaladière with them and cordially invite you to enjoy it with us and a glass of wine this Friday. The pissaladière is an onion tart from Nice, a bit like a pizza: with anchovies and black olives and simply incredibly delicious. It comes with a glass of white wine from Portugal. And then the weekend begins!
On July 14, the French national holiday, we don't sing "aux armes, citoyens!" but rather much more peacefully, fraternally and sisterly "auf fourchettes, les copains!" (to your forks, friends!) and, in celebration of the day, we fire up the grill in true fashion.We'll be grilling merguez and French sausages, as well as delicious vegetarian alternatives. There will also be pastis and wine, just as it should be.Come by and raise a glass with us!
What can make even grey days shine in a friendly light? A really good breakfast! It will be especially delicious with the tasty trout from the Pyrenees, which we are serving at the trout breakfast on Saturday. It quickly becomes clear that it doesn't always have to be salmon. The table is set from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. – while supplies last! We look forward to your visit!

GOLVET is a walking contradiction: neither casual nor fine dining. Regional, yet strictly European. Classically French and “properly cooked,” but with a penchant for American touches, just as its half-American head chef Björn Swanson likes it. Only the name is Swedish. The restaurant’s name is no different: GOLVET means “floor.” Naturally, this is why the 80 seats are located on the 8th floor, 32 meters above the city. That is GOLVET—down to earth, but always with the best views!
The anniversary celebrations continue, and this time we are delighted to welcome our favorite Alsatian, Claude Trendel, from Le Piaf Gourmand (formerly La Gourmanderie). After a few years in exile in Wedding, Claude and his team have returned to the neighborhood: You can now find the restaurant at Marburger Straße 5 under the name "Le Piaf Gourmand".
