Fresh raw milk butter from Poitou-Charentes, crispybaguette from Wilmersdorf and delicate anchovy fillets from Cantabria – add a glass of rosé to that and you have the perfect culinary spring delighcyte! Perhaps the most exciting discovery at our visit to the Lyon gourmet food trade fair Sirha at the end of January was the incomparable anchovy fillets from Don Boncarte. You made us laugh and put us in a good mood, and it was great to get a little glimpse into your Easter holidays. We hope you had as much fun with the competition as we did! This weekend, we would like to invite you to join us! Quite spontaneously and out of pure delight in the new Portuguese products that are arriving on pallets here these days. Philippe fell in love with the region during his holiday travels, and so our product range has expanded a little in the meantime. To give you the opportunity to experience and discover everything for yourself, we have decided to hold a little culinary celebration where you can taste wines and olive oil from the new harvest.

Whether Paris, Miami Beach or the local ice cream parlor – the world is waiting to be discovered … and photographed! So take our bag with you on holiday and into the photo, a delicious surprise could pop out for you. After the weekly tastings held in celebration of our 20th anniversary last autumn were so well received, we have decided to make these small events a new tradition of the house, with great pleasure! From March, there will therefore be monthly tasting events at Maître Philippe et filles, where you will have the opportunity to try new and old products in familiar or surprising combinations, discover our shop in a relaxed atmosphere, receive advice, and be enchanted. We kick off on Friday, March 6, with a traditional winter dish from the Aubrac: Aligot! Come by and enjoy this hearty, wintery cheese dish, as it marks the end of winter and the beginning of spring in style!
