As is well known, cheese in itself has the ability to catapult us into higher spheres … but when it is also melted, we melt away too. That is why in November we would like to remind you of raclette, the rustic dish made of melted Alpine cheese, which warms body and soul on a cold autumn day. So we are taking out our traditional raclette grill – which has nothing to do with little pans – and want to inspire you during our tasting to enjoy a cheesy, wonderful time yourself at home, with family and/or friends! Of course, the right wine pairing is available anyway … Come by, we look forward to seeing you!
