As every year, the time has come again this Sunday: in the Markthalle IX in Kreuzberg, cheesemakers, refiners and specialist dealers from all over the world meet at Cheese Berlin and present selected, handcrafted cheeses from Germany and Europe.
We will be there again and are looking forward to it! We are supported by our friends, cheese specialists Marc Birkett from Savoy and Manuel Maia from Portugal, who each present their own cheeses. We also have a nice range of hard mountain cheeses from France and the Allgäu (from our friends from "Jamei Laibspeis") with us - yes, the Beaufort season is finally open! – some small sheep and goat cheeses from France, such as Brin d'Amour, Charolais and raw milk Epoisses and our famous raw milk butter.
Come by and join us in the fray - there isn't as much cheese as there is at Cheese all year round!

Optisch ein echter Hingucker. Wie bei den meisten Opinels war die Schärfe bei der Auslieferung nicht perfekt. Die Klinge hatte einen starken Grad. Mit wenig Aufwand konnte ich aber nachschärfen.
