Quite spontaneously, and out of pure joy at the new Portuguese products that are arriving on pallets these days. Philippe caught fire on his vacation trips to the region, and so our product range has expanded a bit.
To give you the opportunity to experience and discover everything for yourself, we have decided to hold a small culinary festival where you can taste wines and olive oil from the new harvest.
Also on the tasting table: Portuguese sardines, mackerel, and bacalhau from colorful canned fish, which we will serve in our new premises next door.
