Duck good, all good 2017

The year is coming to an end... and every end has a beginning. Hesse already said something like this or something similar. With us it is less poetic, but extremely culinary!

And that's why we're dedicating our first tasting of winter to duck, this noble fowl that's in high demand around Christmas.

Supported by our Catalan supplier Collverd, we serve you the following duck specialties under the motto "Duck good, everything is good":

- BBQ chorizo
- Confit de canard / duck confit
- Quail thighs
- Duck breast ham
- Duck salami
