Louis Lefebvre and Béatrice d'Anselme, winemakers from the Rhône, are coming to visit and pouring a selection of their wines. Their son Marin, an aspiring winemaker himself and currently part of Maître Philippe & Filles, is actively supporting them. In addition to the red wines already known from our range, “Carpe Diem” and “Trilogie” are also on the tasting table, along with various white and rosé wines.
A tasting entirely in the spirit of wine and family traditions – it simply has to be good!
For Lefebvre-d’Anselme, respect for the land and the wine is paramount. That is why pesticides are largely avoided. The grass and weeds between the vineyards are removed once a year by goats and sheep, which also nourish the soil with natural fertilizer. The harvest is carried out mostly by hand. This means that, if necessary, a preliminary selection can take place right at the time of harvest.
For the two passionate winemakers, "wine is a very noble product, full of life. A product of nature and the result of the work of people who never control nature, but cooperate with the soil, climate, and vines. The winemaker does not create the wine – they process what nature gives them and transform it into wine.“
