Louis Lefebvre and Béatrice d'Anselme, winemakers from the Rhône, will be visiting and pouring a selection of their wines. Their son Marin, a budding winemaker himself and currently part of Maître Philippe & Filles, will be providing active support. In addition to the well-known red wines "Carpe Diem" and "Trilogie," the tasting table will also feature various white and rosé wines.

At Lefebvre-d'Anselme, respect for the land and the wine is paramount. Therefore, the use of pesticides is largely avoided. The grass and weeds between the vineyards are removed once a year by goats and sheep, who simultaneously nourish the soil with natural fertilizer. Harvesting is largely done by hand. This allows for a preliminary selection to take place during the harvest, if necessary.
For the two passionate winemakers, "wine is a very noble product, full of life. A product of nature and the result of the work of humans, who never control nature but cooperate with the soil, climate, and vines. The winemaker doesn't create the wine—he processes what nature gives him and transforms it into wine."
