The black tapenade from Nyons is an authentic Provençal specialty that looks back on a centuries-old tradition. The black Nyons olives of Tanche quality are pitted and ground together with capers, anchovies (instead of salt) and herbs de Provence.

A wonderful black-olive paste with pleasantly tart notes. The Provençal classic for an aperitif!

Enjoy the tapenade on toasted baguette for an aperitif or instead of mustard with cold meat.

Manufacturer

Vignolis is a cooperative from the heart of Provence. This only grows olives of the Tanche variety. These were the only olives protected by AOC. The special feature: the black, fully ripe fruits can only be harvested after the first frost in December to January. This and the immediate processing ensures the incomparable taste.

These high-quality products are still hardly known in Germany, but have had cult status in France for a long time.

neue Sorte - leider nicht so gut wie die alte

die Tapenade ist zwar würzig und fruchtig wie gewohnt - aber diese neue Sorte enthält leider zusätzlich Essig zur Säuerung. Sehr schade! Der säuerliche Geschmack passt nicht optimal zu einer schwarzen Tapenade (meine Meinung).

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.
