I n this terrine is the taste of the south: the pork terrine with “pastis” is very typically Provençal and tastes of the sun and the Mediterranean with the first bite and surprises with a slight sweetness.

Incidentally, Henri Bardouin's pastis was used for this terrine, which is made from 65 different herbs and is characterized by its finesse, harmony and elegance. It was rightly voted the best pastis in the world by 300 international judges at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2013!

Like all Maison Telme terrines, this terrine is extremely juicy and delicately seasoned. Due to its sweet notes, this terrine is also very popular with children! But don't worry: the alcohol from the pastis has evaporated due to the heating during preparation.

Enjoy the terrine on toasted or fresh country bread, with good friends and a glass of wine ... bon appétit!

    In 1947, Gaston and Lydie Telme set up a butcher's shop in the small town of Oraison in Provence, selling home-made pies, saucissons and ham, which soon became very popular throughout the region.

    In 1981, the daughter Jeanine Nervi took over the family business and revolutionized production by experimenting with new spices and flavors. Under her leadership, exciting, tasty and locally typical variants are created with pastis, lavender, olives, almonds...

    In 2007, Solange Nervi took over the family business in the third generation and renamed it Maison Telme. She modernizes the production facility in accordance with European standards and expands the customer base. Maison Telme's pies and terrines are now sold throughout Europe, as far away as Russia and Japan.

    Nonetheless, Maison Telme still works the way it did in the days of the company's founders, Gaston and Lydie - the terrines are filled into their glasses by hand and with a fork - and the quality of the products is always the top priority.

    Where do you ship to?

    Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.

    With which shipping service provider do you ship?

    We currently only work with UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

    How long does it take until I receive my order?

    That depends on where you are. Orders to Germany take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

    How can I track my order?

    After your shipment has left our warehouse and has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automatic e-mail overnight with tracking information.
