Fresh and tender sardine fillets in an oriental sauce with white wine vinegar, red pepper, chili and cumin... an exciting combination of slightly spicy and lusciously warm aromas.

The clever thing about it: the sardine fillets are marinated in vinegar before being soaked. This gives them a particularly aromatic and fresh taste and makes their meat even more tender. An absolute treat for gourmets - and all without oil!

Serving suggestion: tastes particularly good with couscous and is best served slightly chilled. Accompanied by a rosé or a white wine … bon appétit!
