The prince is Alvarinho and the bandit is Vinhão.
This "Pet Nat" O Principe e O Bandido by Márcio Lopes is a Portuguese sparkling wine made from 50% Alvarinho and 50% Vinhão grapes. It is produced entirely naturally, meaning it contains no added sulfur (no SO2).
Immerse yourself in the world of Marcio Lopes with the "Pet Nat o Principe eo Bandido" (in English, "The Prince and the Bandit"), a wine that delights the senses on every level. With its murky pink-red color, it seduces you from the very beginning.
Here the Alvarinho plays the role of the prince and the Vinhão that of the bandit.
Its fruity bouquet reveals rich aromas of red fruits and citrus fruits, complemented by a touch of exotic nuances that promise an exciting history.
In the mouth, it presents itself fresh, crisp, and wonderfully sparkling, a feast of flavor explosions that is both delicious and invigorating. A must for any celebration or as the perfect partner for an exquisite meal. Discover this organoleptic delight that guarantees an unforgettable taste experience.
Because the product is unfiltered and sulfite-free, the "Pet Nat" may become slightly cloudy after opening. This does not affect its quality in any way, and it probably won't happen anyway, since the bottle will likely be emptied quickly once opened.
“Pet Nat” is the abbreviation for “Pétillant Naturel”, which in French means “natural sparkling wine”.
“Pet Nat” just sounds cooler!
Serve chilled, between 6 - 8 °C.
This Pet Nat has undergone only one fermentation and is produced without the addition of sugar or cultured yeast. The grapes were harvested in mid-August and gently pressed.
