"Olimiel" is a great cross between tapenade and just a hint of honey, very slightly sweet but beautifully black-olive.
The honey balances the otherwise typical bitter note of tapenade without imposing too much sweetness.
The herbs of Provence also give it a slightly pesto-like quality.
It goes perfectly with pasta and all dishes with tomatoes – or simply as an aperitif on bread and with cheese.
