Freshly caught small sardines from the bays of Galicia in piquant olive oil. Bought at the harbor in the morning and processed immediately. At Ramón Peña, everything is lovingly handcrafted – right down to packing the can.
The small sardines are excellent for tapas and mixed appetizer platters, but also taste wonderful with pasta, on pizza, in salads ... The piquant oil complements the delicate sardine without overpowering it.
