Galettes bretonnes, the popular crispy cookies from Brittany. Wheat flour, mildly salted butter, sugar and egg – the list of ingredients is so short, but the pleasure is so long and intense.

Delicious with tea or coffee, with fruit salad or just like that.

Compared to the rather crumbly and thicker Palets Bretons, the Galettes contain less egg yolk and butter, but a little more protein. This makes them crispier.
