The duck gizzards, a key ingredient in the famous Salade Landaise, are also served warm, along with fried potatoes and porcini mushrooms.

Duck gizzards are an essential element of Southwestern cuisine.

The duck stomachs of our fat ducks are seasoned with salt from Salies the day before cooking and then pre-cooked.

They are then packaged in cans, covered with duck fat and sterilized in an autoclave to ensure a shelf life of several years.

They will accompany your tasty salads. Slice the duck gizzards before pan-frying them to serve warm on your salad.

Shipping of heavy orders
