A powerful, finely balanced artichoke-based digestif with exquisite bitter herbs and secret essences of apothecary quality.
Artichoke (Cynara Scolymus) became known in the 15th century as a "delicacy of the nobility". It tastes intensely bitter and is still enjoyed after meals to this day.
Enjoy the elixir pure as a digestif after a meal, or over ice in convivial company, or as a drink, e.g. with champagne.
To allow the full flavor to unfold, we recommend swirling the digestif slowly in the mouth, as you would at a wine tasting. The aromas are optimally released at 21°C.
After opening, it easily keeps for several months.

After several weeks of maturation, artichoke, selected tinctures and essences made from, among others, gentian, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, lemon balm, cinchona bark, bitter orange peel, camphor, juniper, lavender, cinnamon bark, citronella, valerian, angelica root, galangal rootstock, as well as a touch of saffron, come together to form the balanced heart of the elixir.
