This 10-year-old white port wine is a sophisticated fusion of about 10 different traditional grape varieties, including Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, Códega, Gouveio, Donzelinho Branco, Folgazão and Arinto.

The harmonious collaboration of these varieties creates a complex and nuanced flavor profile that is characteristic of this port.

The grapes come from vineyards on a small granite plateau 600 meters above sea level, part of a historic pre-phylloxera vineyard in Freixo de Numão, a village 15 kilometers west of Foz Côa.

The first sip reveals a complex flavor profile that combines the freshness of fruity notes with the deeper nuances of nuts and subtle spices.
The silky texture and long-lasting aftertaste testify to the care invested in the vinification of this wine.

The mineral-rich granite soil gives the vineyard a unique terroir that echoes in the taste of the port. Careful aging in oak barrels for years allows the wine to develop its character and complexity, with the aging process closely monitored to achieve a perfect balance of freshness, sweetness and depth.

The result is a 10-year-old white port wine that pays tribute to both tradition and innovation. In the glass, the wine shimmers in a beautiful golden color with hints of amber and light honey.

Its enticing aroma of white flowers and citrus invites you to a deep sensory experience.

Anyone who is interested in the wines from the Douro Valley cannot ignore Rita Marques Ferreira. She is currently one of the most highly traded new generation winemakers in this region. Their wines regularly receive the best ratings from international wine critics.

Rita's family has been growing wine in the upper Douro for several generations. She learned her craft in Bordeaux and then worked as a “flying winemaker” in New Zealand and South Africa. Now she has returned to her roots and holds the scepter of the winery firmly in her hand.
An impressive 85 hectares of vineyards are cultivated by hand at an altitude of 500 meters. The approach is generally very close to nature and consciously avoids the use of herbicides and systemic plant protection products.
She sells part of the harvest to other wineries. Every year she selects the best vineyards for her own winery and produces elegant, fresh wines with lots of freshness and minerality. Everything is well thought out because Rita has a concept. Hence the name: Conceito.

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.
