This bright orange cider vinegar from Pierre Huet in Normandy is characterized by a fruity nose with a lovely apple note and a pronounced acidity (5%).

On the palate, there are hints of mustard and smoke. The vinegar is strong and pairs well with something sweet.

It is particularly suitable for deglazing and for preparing sauces, vinaigrettes, mayonnaises and marinades.

Storage: in a place protected from light.

Since this vinegar is a natural product, a vinegar mother may form in the opened bottle after a few weeks. The best way to remove this is by filtering the vinegar. You can also save it to make your own vinegar.
