Solera from vintage 2018 and vintage 2019 - 2 years on the lees!
Beguiling nose with youthful notes of raspberries and wild strawberries. Crisp, lively and refreshing on the palate with hints of cherry.
An absolute "all-rounder" with expressive aromas of red fruits . A noble, spring-like drop that can be enjoyed just as well as an "apéro" or as an accompaniment to food. It goes particularly well with white meat, white poultry or fish.
This Champagne Rosé embodies the successful alliance of champagne tradition with a remarkable red wine, the Cumières Rouge: a rare wine made from 100% Pinot Meunier and popular among connoisseurs. The Vadin-Plateau champagne house was founded in 1785 and is located in the heart of the Grande Vallée de la Marne in the village of Cumières, very close to Épernay, the "capital of Champagne". The passion and know-how have been passed on in the family from generation to generation, up to Yann, who is the 9th generation to run the house today.
