Maison Martin is the young story of 3 cousins, Jean-Baptiste Martin, Anna Martin and Benjamin Martin who founded this small manufactory.
They want to share their love of chili, from fruity to unbearably dangerously hot. The journey can begin!
The chilis come from farms in southwestern France and the varieties have their origins from all over the world, such as Habanero, Naga Jolokia or California Reeper...

Only the best fully ripe chilis are selected and they are fermented in barrels - like wine!
After several months of maturation, the chili purees are prepared by the chefs and bottled.
The collections consist of "Pur Cru" sauces or aromatized Crus.

The sauces are only slightly sweetened and contain just enough vinegar as necessary to ensure a taste balance and a long shelf life.
The philosophy of Maison Martin is to stay as close as possible to the fruit, so that the possibilities of use can be easily diversified.

Jean-Baptiste Martin is a chef who was awarded a Major diploma at the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi Paris and has been cooking for 25 years. He learned his craft from star chefs in France, traveled as a ship's cook across the Pacific, set up his pots in California before returning to Paris.

Anna Martin, the chef is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi Paris and has worked in gourmet restaurants in France and California, some of which were awarded a Michelin star. In 2007 she was a co-founder of Cuisine Coup de Coeur, a cooking school for the general public.

Benjamin Martin studied business administration and then took a short detour into the cosmetics industry. He was then involved in the national and international development of a start-up in the fashion industry. When he was infected by the entrepreneurial virus, he wanted to enter his favorite area: food!
