An exceptional rosé that elegantly blurs the lines between rosé and white wine, expressing the essence of the Alentejo region in its most subtle form.
The Alento Rosé 2024 surprises with its exceptionally pale appearance – so delicately colored that it almost resembles a Blanc de Noirs .
This subtle colour is also reflected in its character: The wine presents itself more with the aromatic profile and texture of a white wine than a classic rosé.
In its youth, the wine is slightly reductive, but develops a soft, velvety mouthfeel on the palate with harmoniously integrated acidity . This elegant balance lends it a special finesse and drinking pleasure.
Grape varieties & vinification
This sophisticated cuvée combines two classic Portuguese grape varieties :
- 70% Aragonez (Tempranillo) - provides structure and elegance
- 30% Touriga Nacional - adds complexity and aromatic depth
The wine was bottled unfiltered , which contributes to its authentic texture and natural character. Bottling took place in March 2025, and the limited edition comprises 14,400 bottles .
