A tribute that became a brand
Behind Atelier D lies a moving story: Delphine Vannoote, born and raised in Concarneau in Brittany, was working as a marketing manager in Paris when she discovered something special in her mother Dominique's shop after her sudden death – records and recipes for her own Breton biscuit production.
She decided to carry on her mother's legacy. In 2020, she founded the Atelier D brand – the "D" stands for Dominique, and her childhood photo in Breton costume still adorns many packages today.
