Als magerster und edelster Teil des Bonitos werden diese Filets in hochwertigem, nativem Bio-Olivenöl Extra aus Navarra eingelegt und nur leicht gesalzen, um den authentischen Geschmack dieses Wildfisches optimal zu bewahren.

Die Conserverie Jean de Luz wurde 2003 gegründet und hat sich auf die Veredelung wilder Fische spezialisiert. Fast alle Fische, die in der Conserverie verarbeitet werden, werden auf dem Fischmarkt in Saint-Jean-de-Luz gekauft, einer kleinen Gemeinde im französischen Baskenland, in der Nähe von Bayonne.

Bei der Herstellung aller Produkte wird gänzlich auf Konservierungsmittel und Farbstoffe verzichtet.

Die Conserverie Jean de Luz legt großen Wert auf totale Transparenz und möchte, dass die Kunden stets genau wissen lassen, was Sie essen. Daher kann man auf jeder Konserve nachlesen, wann sie hergestellt wurde und auch welcher Kutter den Fisch gefangen hat. Die Conserverie Jean de Luz ist die letzte dieser Art im französischen Baskenland.

Delivery is currently only available in Germany and Austria.

Deliveries to Germany with UPS or DHL.

  • From an order value of €70.00 we deliver free of charge.

  • Goods value up to €149.99 = €15.00 (UPS)
  • We deliver free shipping for orders over €150.00.
Delivery times

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.

With which shipping service provider do you ship?

We currently only work with UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

That depends on where you are. Orders to Germany take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
