Les confitures de Raphael is a 100% family business from Saint-Malo around Raphaël, his brother Cédric, their grandmother and their aunt who lovingly designs the labels.
It all started with Raphaël, who has a small handicap: he is deaf. But that doesn't stop him from working as an organic farmer.
Rather by coincidence, one evening his grandmother initiated him into the secrets of jam-making. Fascinated, he changes from the field to the kitchen and founds his small factory. Even the first creations are amazingly flavorful and carry the full aroma of fresh fruit. The secret is a radically reduced cooking time and maximum fruit quality.
This quality - coupled with the beautiful labels hand-drawn by his aunt - seduces customers in droves.
A few years later, Raphaël's younger brother Cédric also joins. From then on, both of them work together to create new and even better jams.
