The probably most popular classic of our seminars is back. Cheese and wine are not only two of the oldest and most enjoyable culinary cultural assets, in more than 8000 years of joint fermenting, eating, and drinking, the two have long been joined at the hip (and on our hips).

Wine and cheese – they go together. But not every wine gets along with every cheese! Combining the two is a bit of an art. And like any art, there are rules to learn (among other things, so that you can break them). We will show you a few of the great classics, but also occasionally deviate from the familiar, well-trodden paths, because that is usually where the most exciting adventures begin.

Your places are reserved upon payment. For organizational reasons, booked places can neither be exchanged nor refunded.

The seminar takes place from 8:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. in the rooms of our shop at Emser Str. 42 in Berlin Wilmersdorf. Please note that our rooms are not heated, so please dress accordingly.
