Craftsmanship & enjoyment: These premium razor clams are harvested exclusively by hand from the seabed off Aguiño and the Cíes Islands during the best months (October to December). This is the only way they can achieve their firm, fleshy texture and characteristic pearly-white colour with dark edges. They proudly bear the official "Pesca de Rías" quality seal, guaranteeing their authentic Galician origin.

In the cannery, each individual clam is meticulously cleaned and carefully placed in the can by hand. The fine natural broth (Fumet) in which the Navajas rest is masterfully balanced with a hint of lemon, onion, sea salt and bay leaf. The result is an incredibly intense, pure taste of the sea, combined with a fantastically tender yet firm texture.
