They are marinated in the exclusive “Salsa a la Gallega.” This authentic, refined sauce is slowly cooked according to age-old tradition using local ingredients (fine olive oil, tomatoes, onions, wine, and garlic). The artisan's tip: You can enjoy this delicacy wonderfully at room temperature. However, the flavors of the sauce are even better enhanced if you gently heat the sealed can in a warm water bath before consuming.
