This finely pureed fish soup is considered the best in Brittany and tastes incredibly aromatic and authentic! It is concentrated and needs to be diluted before consumption.

The soup is 100% natural and free from artificial additives, contains 40% fish (pureed) and real saffron, tomato paste, vegetables, spices and garlic.

Preparation: Put the contents of the can in a saucepan and fill 1/4 of the can with mineral water, add and heat carefully. The fish soup is particularly delicious if you add a sprig of rosemary when heating it, add the rouille sauce and serve it with croutons and grated cheese.
The soup is also an excellent base for sauces or casseroles.

Ingredients & Allergens

Ingredients: water, fish stock (40%), tomato concentrate, salt, vegetable stock, oil, potato starch, white wine, spices (pepper, thyme, rosemary, parsley, bay leaf, fennel, cayenne pepper, saffron), natural extracts (onion and garlic).

The Conserverie Artisanale "La Quiberonnaise" was founded in 1921 and is still family-owned today. It is one of the last traditional preserveries in France. Methods and recipes are still used here, some of which date back to the 1920s, and all fish are always freshly prepared. La Quiberonnaise makes many vintage sardines in small batches and collaborates with local artists for the can design.
