Bronte green pistachios grow on the lava slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. This unique terroir produces pistachios of very high quality, bright green, with a very pleasant unmistakable scent and a delicate, genuine aroma.

These pistachios are harvested by hand, dried in the sun and further processed by hand. We offer them unroasted and unsalted, i.e. completely "natural". In this way, its delicate, pure aroma remains unadulterated in the foreground. Attention: These pistachios are neither roasted nor salted, so they are not crunchy and have little flavor. They are more reserved for professionals or amateur cooks and bakers who can use them in their creations.

Pistachios are one of the most precious ingredients in Sicilian cuisine. So it is not surprising that it is the symbol of the city of Bronte and is affectionately called "the green diamond" by the city's inhabitants

Antonino, Pietro und Giuseppe sind in Bronte geboren und aufgewachsen.
Seit ihrer Kindheit sind sie Freunde und Abenteurer und haben gemeinsam die schönsten Momente ihres Lebens erlebt, Träume und Hoffnungen geteilt.
Ihr größter Traum heißt Brontedolci: eine Werkstatt für traditionelle Süßigkeiten, die 1997 Wirklichkeit wurde.
Die Familie Brontedolci entstand aus der Verbindung zwischen Antonino Caruso und seinen Brüdern Pietro und Giuseppe Bellitto, die schon immer Freunde waren. Sie haben die Konditorei Brontedolci gegründet, die im Laufe der Zeit zu einem zweiten Zuhause geworden ist.
Heute heißt Brontedolci auch die Kinder der drei Gründer in einer großen Familie willkommen.

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.

With which shipping service provider do you ship?

We currently only work with UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

That depends on where you are. Orders to Germany take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

After your shipment has left our warehouse and has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automatic e-mail overnight with tracking information.
