After several years in their respective professions (chef and manager of his restaurant for Quentin and work psychologist for Morgane), the two have decided to take on a new challenge to spend more time together and thus give more meaning to their life and work!
So in May 2019 they embarked on a somewhat crazy project to start a business. Your goal: an artisan and family canner, with the aim of becoming real artisan canners!
Using a modern manufacturing and production facility in Le Havre, they design and cook savory spreads with a focus on quality and taste.
They invent and develop every recipe themselves.
All their spreads are prepared by hand: the chef's touches are respected and appreciated. The ingredients are not just put together and mixed, no! You peel, cut, chop, season, in short! They cook!
They pay attention to the seasonal availability of products to encourage more responsible consumption.
They meet and exchange ideas with their suppliers to build relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
They turn their organic waste (e.g. vegetable peelings) into compost or biogas with the help of a Le Havre company right next to their workshop: BinHappy.
