Herbs de Provence is a mixture of herbs used in French cuisine.
It consists of various kitchen herbs that grow wild in Provence in southern France. The herbal mixtures can have different compositions.

Collected and packaged in Provence, these herbs bring the southern sun to your plate.

The term "Herbes de Provence" is a generic term without a protected appellation that was developed in France in the 1960s.
95% of the mixtures known as "Herbes de Provence" come from Central and Eastern European countries (primarily Poland and Albania), the Maghreb or China.

Only 10% of the dried Herbes de Provence sold in France are made in France. This blend is guaranteed to be from Provence and contains: dried thyme, rosemary and sarriette (savory).

Use the herbs to flavor Pasta dishes, sauces, stews, fish, meat, vegetables... Bon appétit and have fun in the kitchen!

In 1947, Gaston and Lydie Telme set up a butcher's shop in the small town of Oraison in Provence, selling home-made pies, saucissons and ham, which soon became very popular throughout the region.

In 1981, the daughter Jeanine Nervi took over the family business and revolutionized production by experimenting with new spices and flavors. Under her leadership, exciting, tasty and locally typical variants are created with pastis, lavender, olives, almonds...

In 2007, Solange Nervi took over the family business in the third generation and renamed it Maison Telme. She modernizes the production facility in accordance with European standards and expands the customer base. Maison Telme's pies and terrines are now sold throughout Europe, as far away as Russia and Japan.

Nonetheless, Maison Telme still works the way it did in the days of the company's founders, Gaston and Lydie - the terrines are filled into their glasses by hand and with a fork - and the quality of the products is always the top priority.

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.

With which shipping service provider do you ship?

We currently only work with UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

That depends on where you are. Orders to Germany take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

After your shipment has left our warehouse and has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automatic e-mail overnight with tracking information.
