Tuna pieces grilled “a la plancha”. Crunchy, delicious!
This preparation is vaguely reminiscent of lard with greaves, but without the lard. Aromatic, hearty, crispy-dry and much leaner.
It is an almost ready meal: Serve the grilled tuna with rice and a green salad and make 3 - 4 people happy.
This recipe is very rich in tuna (96%) caught in the Bay of Biscay, plus the finest organic olive oil from Navarre, a pinch of salt and that's it!
No additives, no dyes, no frills!
For the production of such a 250g jar, 1.5 kg of tuna are needed.
The tuna are caught in small quantities in the Bay of Biscay. The fishermen make sure that the reproduction cycle is respected.
