This bisque is a traditional French soup recipe based on prawns from the Gulf of Morbihan, white wine, spices and fresh cream.

Enjoy this delicious soup that lets you explore different flavors than the traditional lobster or scampi bisque. An artisanal recipe that's loaded with crab meat!

This crab bisque is ready to use. It is simply heated over a low flame without boiling. Serve very hot, garnish with croutons, cream, grated cheese and rouille.

Ingredients: water, shrimp (33% used), olive oil, fish (2.5%), leeks, carrots, onions, celery , tomato concentrate, salt, potato starch, white wine ( sulfite ), spices and herbs (including pepper, thyme, rosemary , Parsley, Bay Leaves, Fennel, Cayenne, Saffron), Natural Onion and Garlic Extracts. Shellfish flavor , fresh cream .

The Conserverie Artisanale "La Quiberonnaise" was founded in 1921 and is still family-owned today. It is one of the last traditional preserveries in France. Methods and recipes are still used here, some of which date back to the 1920s, and all fish are always freshly prepared. La Quiberonnaise makes many vintage sardines in small batches and collaborates with local artists for the can design.
