Atelier D is the result of a deep-rooted family history and a passionate dedication to the culinary delights of the Brittany region. The story began in 2013 with the creation of the first two biscuiteries in Morbihan and Finistère, initiated by Delphine Vannoote. Her desire was to maintain the family tradition and spread the love of fine pastries and quality products through the characteristic Breton biscuits.
**2014: Expansion**
After a successful start, Delphine expanded her business and opened more biscuiteries in Brittany. The westernmost boutique opened in Plougonvelin, and two more followed in Morbihan in 2019.
**2020: Introduction of the Atelier D brand**
With a proud portfolio of traditional Breton biscuits, the vision arose to work with specialist retailers who value quality and good taste. Therefore, the Atelier D brand was born, a loving tribute to Delphine's mother, Dominique.
**Awards and Commitments**
Atelier D was recognized for its skills in cookie production, receiving a gold medal in 2020 and a bronze medal in 2021. The brand's recognition is also reflected in its commitment to environmental protection, using recyclable kraft paper packaging and soon introducing 100% biodegradable fresh bags.
**Local manufacturing**
At the heart of the brand is local production, with recipes free of flavorings and preservatives and made according to family tradition with carefully selected ingredients of Breton origin.
Each of Atelier D's Breton cookies contains a piece of this special history and attention to detail, an echo of family traditions and the tireless passion for quality and taste.
