Any wine lover, especially those who appreciate good rosés, will soon come across the wine production of Domaines Bunan. The Bunan family is one of the leading producers of the Bandol appellation. Brothers Paul and Pierre Bunan moved to Provence in 1961 after Algeria gained independence and bought the Moulin des Costes vineyard, typical of the area. From here you have a breathtaking panoramic view of vineyards, olive groves, mountain villages and views of the Mediterranean coast. The brothers soon expanded and acquired the neighboring Mas and Château de la Rouvière. A few years later they also took over the management of the Domaine Bélouvé. These estates are collectively referred to as Domaines Bunan and soon gained a reputation for producing characterful wines with a strong sense of terroir. The brothers are now supported by their children, making Domaines Bunan a thriving family-run business. The Bunan family produces delicious, aromatic, dry white and rosé wines, and also dense, dark, flavorful Mourvédre-based red wines that are immediately accessible but have the ability to age well for at least a decade.

Terroir: A unique terroir in which human intervention is very limited. Sun-drenched area with a temperate Mediterranean climate.
Harvest: Late harvested, fully destemmed, organic grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. The wine is blended at the end of January and bottled from April.
