Unfiltered, undosed, encapsulated, Brut Nature!

This Pet Nat is produced by careful hand-picking and complete destemming of the grapes.

After the first fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks, it is bottled at 11% ABV, where a second fermentation takes place without additives. 50 days of rest in the cellar refine the aromas and perlage.

Golden in colour and slightly cloudy, it develops a lovely fizz when opened. Nutmeg on the nose, surprisingly fresh and slightly acidic on the palate with a lovely length. Serve chilled (6-9°C) and enjoy within a year.

Côté Cairn is a cooperative that practices organic viticulture and produces biodynamic wines without sulfites or other additives.

Vincent and Cyrille - the two faces behind Côte Cairn - are convinced that organic farming is good for consumers, producers and the environment and does not necessarily have to be expensive.
