Collection: Le Medallion Corrézien

Monsieur Ourcet, a former computer scientist from Lyon, bought Le Médaillon Corrézien in 2005. It was until then a small company processing ducks, as there are many in the region.
We met Mr. Ourcet, his partner and his 2 sons at a gourmet fair in Paris in September 2017 and were immediately impressed by the quality of the products and the good humor and simplicity of the family.

The company was modernized and brought up to the latest level of hygiene and the family set about producing classic French recipes as ready meals in Weck jars.
